Mental Fitness

Driving Social Impact through the Power of Mental Fitness

Why Students Feel So Lonely Post-Pandemic

The Aftermath

After years of isolation, disrupted routines, and digital dependence, many students are struggling to reconnect — not just academically, but emotionally and socially.
Today’s youth report higher levels of loneliness, anxiety, and disconnection than any generation before them. Research indicates that we are living in a loneliness epidemic fueled by numerous factors, and post-pandemic life is complex and not getting any easier.
